Eligibility

Submissions are open to authors worldwide, whether traditionally or independently published. By submitting, you confirm that you are the rightful author or an authorized representative and that the work does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Submission Rights

You retain full ownership of your work. By submitting, you grant the Kinetic Book Awards a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce your title, cover art, and author name for promotional purposes related to the awards program—such as shortlists, winner announcements, and ceremony materials.

Judging & Decisions

All judging decisions are final. Our panel evaluates submissions based on impact, craft, and alignment with our mission. We do not provide individual critiques, and submission fees are non-refundable.

Use of Award Seal

Winners and honorees may display the Kinetic Book Awards seal on their book covers, websites, and marketing materials, subject to the brand usage guidelines provided at the time of recognition. Misuse of the seal may result in revocation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This site is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the content. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or participation in the awards.

Changes to These Terms
